Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Digital products (printables, PDFs, bundles)

Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

We will issue a full refund if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product does not match the description on the sales page
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice

We may not issue a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the file
  • The product was purchased by mistake and you did not contact us within 14 days

How to request a refund

Email us at salafimother@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email used for the purchase
  • The product name
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method through our payment processor (Paddle). Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Bundles and complete packs

If you purchased a bundle and are unhappy with one or more items, contact us. We may offer a partial refund for the specific item or a full refund for the bundle if requested within 14 days.

Free products

Free products are provided as-is with no warranty. Since no payment is collected, no refund applies. If you encounter issues with a free download, please contact us so we can fix it.
