Common habits to work on (choose 1–3 at a time)

Body: nail biting, nose picking, thumb sucking, teeth grinding

Behaviour: whining, interrupting, hitting, shouting, biting

Words: lying, backtalk, name-calling, teasing, rude words

Daily: leaving shoes out, leaving lights on, forgetting to flush

Screen: arguing over screen time, sneaking device, watching too much

Social: pushing in line, not sharing, grabbing, ignoring salaam

✨ Better choices to replace them with

Nail biting → Keep hands busy with a fidget toy or drawing

Whining → Take a deep breath and use a calm voice

Interrupting → Wait, say "excuse me", or raise a hand

Hitting → Step away, say "I'm upset", or tell an adult

Leaving things out → "Everything has a home" — put it back

Screen arguments → Agree on a timer; when it rings, screen is done
